Get It Right Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 15 October 2026

1. Scope

1.1 These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of the Get It Right Services and are made between Get It Right AI Pty Ltd (ACN 654 046 821) (Get It Right, We, Us, or Our) and you or the entity you represent (You, or Your) and comprise these General Terms and any documents that are expressly incorporated by reference (collectively, the Terms).

1.2 Please review these Terms carefully before using the Get It Right Services. By accessing or using the Get It Right Services You agree to be bound and abide by these Terms. If You do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Get It Right Services.

1.3 These Terms will commence on the earlier of:

(a) when You click an 'I accept' button or check box presented with these Terms;

(b) when You or one of Your Authorised Users first uses the Get It Right Services (including by sending a request to Your Relay Address);

(c) when You create an account or complete onboarding for the Get It Right Services; or

(d) when You sign an Order Form,

(Effective Date), and will continue until they expire or are terminated in accordance with these Terms (Subscription Period).

2. Service Variations

2.1 We reserve the right to, at any time during the Subscription Period:

(a) modify the method of supply and delivery of, or access to, the Get It Right Services;

(b) change or discontinue any feature or functionality of the Get It Right Services, including any Backing Service, for any reason at any time;

(c) amend or vary these Terms from time to time. You will be provided notice of amendments by notice on Our website or by email (Posting). Providing electronic acceptance such as by clicking 'I agree' to the amended Terms, or continuing to use the Get It Right Services after Posting, will constitute acceptance by You of any amendment;

(d) suspend or otherwise deactivate Your, and each of the relevant Authorised Users', access to the Get It Right Services where We form a reasonable belief that You or one of Your Authorised Users is in breach of these Terms (including the Restrictions in clause 14), or there is an actual or suspected privacy, systems or security concern associated with continued access;

(e) make temporarily unavailable or otherwise suspend access to the Get It Right Services where reasonably necessary for scheduled or emergency maintenance, system updates, upgrades or any other changes to the Get It Right Services or the Get It Right Platform.

3. Get It Right Services

3.1 The Get It Right Services use artificial intelligence (AI) algorithms and technologies (including generative AI) to power an assistant (Assistant) that operates over email and serves professional firms. The Assistant:

(a) receives requests from Your Authorised Users by email (Requests);

(b) interprets each Request and, where appropriate, delegates work to one or more Backing Services;

(c) manages delegated work to completion; and

(d) replies to the requesting Authorised User with generated content, documents, results, insights, recommendations or predictions based on or about Your Requests and Input (collectively, the Output).

3.2 The Assistant manages work; it does not itself perform the underlying professional work (such as legal, accounting, financial advisory, conveyancing or other professional services), and no Output is a substitute for that work being performed or reviewed by an appropriately qualified professional.

3.3 The scope of the Get It Right Services, including the Backing Services available to You, is as set out in Your Order Form or as otherwise notified to You by Get It Right.

4. Access to the Get It Right Services

4.1 Access to the Get It Right Services is provided via one or more email addresses hosted by Get It Right and assigned to Your firm (each a Relay Address). Your Authorised Users interact with the Assistant by sending email to, and receiving email from, the Relay Address.

4.2 The Assistant sends replies from Get It Right-controlled domains as a clearly identified service. The Assistant does not send email as You or on Your domain unless and until You and Get It Right enter into a separate written agreement for that functionality.

4.3 Only Authorised Users (persons whose email addresses You have nominated to, and which have been accepted by, Get It Right (the Allowlist)) may use the Get It Right Services. Requests from addresses not on the Allowlist may be rejected or ignored.

5. Right to Use

5.1 Subject to Your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms, We grant You and Your Authorised Users a non-exclusive and non-transferrable right to use the Get It Right Services during the Subscription Period to submit Requests and receive and use Outputs solely for Your internal business purposes.

6. Backing Services and Third-Party Services

6.1 You acknowledge and agree that the Assistant delegates work to, and the Get It Right Services incorporate, services operated by third parties or Get It Right Affiliates (Backing Services), which may include (without limitation) legal research services, governed search and verification services, and document or financial analysis services. The Backing Services available to You will be identified in Your Order Form or in the Get It Right Platform.

6.2 You acknowledge and agree that Get It Right may also use technology provided by third-party service providers (including cloud-storage, email-infrastructure and AI providers) to provide the Get It Right Services. You authorise Get It Right, the Backing Services and such third-party service providers to store and use Your Input and the Output for the purpose of providing You with the Get It Right Services, billing, gathering analytics, identifying usage patterns, reviewing Inputs and Outputs for abuse or misuse, and maintaining and improving the Get It Right Services, in each case consistent with Our Privacy Policy. Get It Right will not use Your Input or the Output to train artificial intelligence models, and will not authorise the Backing Services or such third-party service providers to do so.

6.3 If a Backing Service or third-party service becomes unavailable or unsuitable for use in the Get It Right Services (in Our sole discretion), We may suspend the affected parts of the Get It Right Services while We investigate substitute services. If a suitable substitute cannot be found, Get It Right may withdraw the affected functionality or terminate Your access to the Get It Right Services effective immediately upon written notice to You.

6.4 Your use of a Backing Service through the Assistant may also be subject to that Backing Service's own terms, which will be identified to You where applicable.

7. Acknowledgements

7.1 You agree and acknowledge that:

(a) Get It Right retains the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse to action a Request or provide an Output that is outside the scope of the Get It Right Services or is non-compliant with these Terms (including any Out-of-Remit Action under clause 9);

(b) the Get It Right Services (or part thereof) may be provided by any Get It Right Affiliate;

(c) the Get It Right Services and Output include elements of AI and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies;

(d) the Get It Right Services and Output are not provided to You with any legal, financial, accounting or other professional opinion or endorsement of any kind. Get It Right does not represent or warrant that any elements of the Get It Right Services or the Output (i) comply with or reflect relevant Laws; (ii) are suitable for Your particular use, objectives or circumstances; or (iii) are up to date or current;

(e) the Get It Right Services and Output must not be used as a substitute for the advice or work of an appropriately qualified and (where applicable) licensed professional in the relevant jurisdiction and field;

(f) the Get It Right Services and Output do not constitute legal, financial, accounting, tax or other professional advice, nor should they be relied upon as such by You, any of Your Authorised Users or any third party You share them with; and

(g) You and Your Authorised Users will ensure that any Output provided or generated through the Get It Right Services is reviewed and assessed by an appropriately qualified professional before being used in the delivery of professional services or advice to any client or third party.

8. No professional-client relationship

8.1 Your use of the Get It Right Services, Output, or any information provided by or through Get It Right does not create, and is not intended to create, any solicitor-client, adviser-client, accountant-client or other professional-client relationship between You (or Your clients) and Us.

9. Out-of-Remit Actions and step-up verification

9.1 Certain actions are outside the remit of the Get It Right Services and the Assistant will refuse to perform them, including (without limitation): moving, directing or dealing with trust or client money; practitioner-reserved acts (such as filing or service of documents, giving undertakings, making admissions, agreeing settlements, court appearances, or altering a deadline of record); altering audit records; disclosing information to opposing or external parties; and any act that would waive privilege (Out-of-Remit Actions). You remain solely responsible for performing any Out-of-Remit Actions through appropriate channels.

9.2 You acknowledge that the Assistant may require additional verification from an Authorised User (such as in-thread confirmation or other step-up verification) before actioning certain Requests, and may decline to proceed where verification is not completed.

10. Supervision and monitoring

10.1 You acknowledge and agree that Get It Right personnel (including its supervision team) may monitor Requests, Inputs, Outputs and the operation of the Get It Right Services, and may intervene in, pause or take over the handling of any Request, for the purposes of quality assurance, safety, abuse prevention and service improvement, consistent with Our Privacy Policy.

11. Appropriate and reasonable use

11.1 The Get It Right Services are strictly for use by professional firms and their personnel, including in the legal, financial services, accounting and finance, and property sectors. By accessing or using the Get It Right Services, You represent and warrant that You are such a firm (or a professional working within one) and that You can provide appropriate evidence of the same to Get It Right upon request.

11.2 Reasonable use: Unless Your Order Form specifies usage limits, Your access to the Get It Right Services is provided on a reasonable-use basis. Your use of the Get It Right Services (including the volume, frequency, size and nature of Requests submitted by You and Your Authorised Users) must at all times be reasonable, and consistent with the ordinary internal business requirements of a professional firm of Your size and profession. Without limiting what may otherwise be unreasonable, You must not:

(a) submit Requests by automated, scripted or bulk means, or at a volume or frequency that could not plausibly arise from Your Authorised Users' ordinary day-to-day work;

(b) use the Get It Right Services as a general-purpose bulk data-processing, data-extraction or content-generation facility unconnected with Your professional engagements;

(c) use the Get It Right Services in a way that (in Our reasonable opinion) degrades the performance or availability of the Get It Right Services for other customers; or

(d) share access with, or submit Requests on behalf of, persons who are not Your Authorised Users (including other firms or entities) in order to circumvent this clause or Your Order Form.

11.3 Where We reasonably consider that Your use of the Get It Right Services exceeds reasonable use under clause 11.2, We may (in addition to Our other rights under these Terms): (a) notify You and consult with You about Your usage; (b) throttle, queue, rate-limit or otherwise manage Your Requests; (c) require that You enter into, or vary, an Order Form with Fees that reflect Your usage; and/or (d) where excessive usage continues after We have given You notice, suspend Your access to the Get It Right Services. Sustained or deliberate use of the Get It Right Services in excess of reasonable use constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

11.4 We reserve the right to, at any time during the Subscription Period, suspend or otherwise deactivate Your, and each of the relevant Authorised Users', access to the Get It Right Services where We form a reasonable belief that You or one of Your Authorised Users is not a relevant firm or professional as contemplated by clause 11.1.

12. Your Input

12.1 Consent to use Your Input: Both Get It Right and You acknowledge and agree that:

(a) documents, data and materials emailed to a Relay Address, uploaded, imported or otherwise provided by You or Your Authorised Users to Get It Right (including Your Requests and any attachments) (collectively, Input) may be processed by AI and by Backing Services as part of the Get It Right Services. The Get It Right Service's data processing activities and functionality align with the product's primary uses, and the use, collection and processing of any data is consistent with the core principles and requirements described in Our Privacy Policy; and

(b) You are responsible for ensuring that You have all necessary rights and consents, including third-party privacy consents and intellectual property consents (Client Consents), to enable You to provide the Input to Get It Right and to permit Get It Right and the Backing Services to access and use the Input for the purpose of delivering the Get It Right Services and the Output, and otherwise in accordance with these Terms.

12.2 Client Consent warranty and indemnity: You warrant that You own or otherwise have and will have the necessary rights and consents in and relating to the Input (including, without limitation, Client Consents) so that, as received by Get It Right and processed in accordance with these Terms, the Input does not and will not infringe, misappropriate or otherwise violate any intellectual property rights or any other rights of any third party or violate any applicable law. You hereby irrevocably and unconditionally indemnify and will defend and hold harmless Get It Right for any loss, damages, costs and expenses Get It Right suffers or incurs as a result of Your failure to obtain and maintain such Client Consents as may be required. You acknowledge that Get It Right is not a legal authority and cannot, and has not, provided You with advice related to the necessity of Client Consents within Your jurisdiction.

13. Your Responsibilities

13.1 In addition to the obligations listed elsewhere in these Terms, You have the following responsibilities:

(a) You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for You to have access to the Get It Right Services, and for ensuring that anyone who accesses the Get It Right Services and Output through Your email systems or accounts is aware of these Terms and complies with them;

(b) You are responsible for maintaining an accurate Allowlist, including promptly notifying Us when an Authorised User should be added or removed (for example, when personnel join or leave Your firm), and You acknowledge that Requests from Allowlisted addresses will be treated as authorised by You;

(c) You must keep Your Relay Address for use within Your firm and must not publish it externally or provide it to clients or other third parties;

(d) You are responsible for the security of Your own email accounts and systems. You must notify Us immediately of any unauthorised access to or use of an Authorised User's email account or any other breach of security relevant to the Get It Right Services;

(e) to access the Get It Right Services, You may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of Your use of the Get It Right Services and Output that all the information You provide to Get It Right is correct, current and complete;

(f) You agree to provide government-issued photo identification and/or government-issued business identification as required for verification of identity if requested; and

(g) You agree to retain and back up all Output so that You can access and use it when needed. Get It Right does not warrant that it backs up any Output, and You accept as a risk the loss of any and all Output.
